I am a Continental Airlines Platinum OnePass member. Why should I use your service?Upgrades are processed in the following order: Elite level, Fare class, and then checkin time. If you fly on a route with lots of other elite flyers who all purchased full-fare tickets, check-in time becomes what the airport agent uses to prioritize upgrades at the airport waiting list. As the airline clears the first class standby list, they will use checkin time as a tiebreaker if two people of the same OnePass elite status are both on the upgrade list for one available first class seat. Both people answer "yes" to this question, but the person who actually gets upgraded is the person who checked in first. Using checkinsooner.com, you will always be the one who checked in first. Directly from Continentals website, it states the initial checkin time can be used to determine which reservations to upgrade.

How do I get my boarding pass?Your boarding pass is emailed to you 24 hours before your flight. Just print your email and go |
What if I am not at my computer when the email comes, or what if I do not have a printer available?Request a reprint of your ticket from any Continental Airlines agent or from an automated kiosk in the airport terminal. |
What is the deadline for placing the order for an advance checkin?There is no deadline. You can use the Check In Now button at anytime. Note that if your outbound flight is less than 24 hours from departure, checkinsooner will not check in the outbound flight, but will checkin the return. |

During checkin, Continental asks me if anyone in my party is under the age of 13. How does checkinsooner handle this?We tell Continental that all travelers are above the age of 13. If you are traveling with lap children / or children under the age of 13 please do not use checkinsooner.com for that reservation as it is not supported. |
